Terms of Service

1. Agreement
These terms apply to the Thegram web app at vault.thegram.one, the vault service behind it, and the sign-in service at auth.thegram.one. When you create an account you are asked to agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Disclaimer, each as a separate required item. We record which version you agreed to and when. If a later version changes them, we ask you again before you continue.
2. Who may use an account
You must be at least 14 years old to create or keep an account. At sign-up we ask for your date of birth to check this; we use it only for that check and do not store it. If the date shows you are under 14, the account and everything entered for it are deleted immediately. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 14, we delete it. Without an account you can still open .gram files in the web app; nothing about you is stored for that.
3. The service
Thegram stores and shares .gram files in vaults and can connect Google Drive accounts you choose. The service is provided as is and as available; see the Disclaimer.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of the files and other content you upload. You are responsible for having the rights to store and share it and for choosing who can access your vaults. We use your content only to provide the service, including storage, validation, sharing, and backup.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use Thegram to break the law, infringe another person’s rights, compromise the service, evade access controls, or upload malicious content. Do not try to access vaults or accounts without authorization.
6. Copyright complaints
If you believe content on Thegram infringes your copyright, follow the Copyright policy. We remove or disable access to material when we receive a valid notice, and we close the accounts of repeat infringers.
7. Accounts and termination
Keep your sign-in method secure. We may suspend or end access when needed to protect users or the service, respond to unlawful use, or comply with law. You can delete your account in Settings after you hand over or delete the vaults you own.
8. Price and renewal
Thegram is free and has no paid plans or subscriptions. If we ever offer one, its price, billing period, automatic renewal, and how to cancel will be shown right next to the button you use to buy it, before you are charged.
9. Email
We send only emails the service needs, such as sign-in codes and security notices. We do not send marketing email unless you ask for it; any marketing email will carry a one-click unsubscribe link and our postal address.
10. Third-party services
Google sign-in, Google Drive, and Sign in with Apple are provided by Google and Apple under their own terms and privacy policies. Connecting Drive is optional and separate from signing in with Google.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Thegram is not liable for damages arising from your use of the free service, except damages caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Changes and governing law
We post a new version at least 7 days before it takes effect, or 30 days before for changes that significantly affect your rights, and ask you to agree again when you next sign in. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
