Copyright Policy

Version 2026-10-11 · Effective October 11, 2026

We respect copyright and respond to notices under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) and the Korean Copyright Act (Article 103).

Reporting infringement

Send a notice to our copyright agent at support@thegram.one with “Copyright notice” in the subject, including:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature, or that of the person authorized to act for the copyright owner;
  2. The copyrighted work you believe is infringed;
  3. The material you believe infringes it, with enough detail to find it (for example a vault share link);
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address;
  5. A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law;
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.

What we do

When we receive a valid notice, we promptly remove or disable access to the material and tell the person who stored it. That person may send a counter-notice with the details required by law; unless the complainant tells us within 10 to 14 business days that they have filed a court action, we may restore the material.

Repeat infringers

We close the accounts of people who repeatedly infringe copyright.
