The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
2. What a document shows
Thegram shows the content and history recorded in your .gram files. We do not check whether that content is accurate, complete, or current. Content written by AI agents or other people is their responsibility.
3. Keep your own backups
Keep backups of important files. We are not responsible for loss caused by other apps, sync tools, or several apps editing the same file at once. Our own backups are kept for a limited time and are not a promise that every version can be restored.
4. Availability and early features
The service may be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control. Some features are early releases and may change, fail, or be removed without notice.
5. Third-party services
We are not responsible for Google sign-in, Google Drive, Sign in with Apple, or other services we connect to.
6. Free service
The service is free. We are not liable for damages arising from it, except damages caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence, and except where mandatory law does not allow us to limit liability.
